SHIPPING:

We supply business customers all over the UK and we deliver via a courier/carrier service that we carefully select according to the size of the order and the location of the recipient.

Carriage charge includes packaging and it is in general £5 for every £100 worth of goods for orders below £500 - the prices quoted are for businesses and minimum value order applies. If you would like to place a larger order, over £500 please contact us and we will work out a lower carriage charge for you. 

We can ship worldwide. If you wish to place an order from outside the UK, please send an email to info@poliepottery.co.uk before making your purchase.

BREAKAGES/RETURNS:

We always make every effort to ensure you receive our goods in perfect condition. However, if your pottery arrives broken, we will replace the damaged items. Whenever possible, we ask that you provide us with a digital picture of the broken pieces. 

Due to the nature of the product returns are not accepted unless the goods were sent faulty/damaged.
